Lauren Breman

Lauren Breman has been a dedicated member of the Rosemary Breman School of Dance since the age of 2, training in a variety of dance styles including Ballet, Modern, Tap, Highland, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, and Acro. Over the years, Lauren has enjoyed a highly successful competitive career in Highland Dance, earning numerous awards and accolades. Her favorite dance memories include performing in recitals and traveling across Canada to compete.
Lauren has helped many students achieve dance scholarships in Highland, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, and Tap, reflecting her commitment to fostering excellence across all dance disciplines. In addition, her award-winning Highland choreography has led to the success of several of her Highland dancers, who have earned top placements at various competitions under her guidance.
A recipient of Ballet and Tap Scholarships from the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.), Lauren’s expertise is widely recognized. She began assisting with classes in 2005 and has been teaching professionally since 2013. In the fall of 2020, she assumed leadership of the studio, continuing the legacy of excellence established by her mother, Rosemary Breman. Lauren strives to bring the same passion, care, and commitment to the studio that has shaped her own dance journey.
Lauren holds Teaching Certifications with both the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.) and the Scottish Dance Teachers' Alliance. She is an active member of The British Association of Teachers of Dancing, ScotDance Ontario and ScotDance Canada. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of having fun while striving for excellence, with a reminder to students: “Have fun and point your toes!”
Outside of dance, Lauren is a proud mother, a graduate of the Child and Youth Worker Program at Algonquin College, and currently works as an Educational Assistant with the Upper Canada District School Board.

Lindsay Wright
Teacher

Lindsay has been a dedicated member of the Rosemary Breman School of Dance since the age of six and has been teaching for an impressive 22 years. She holds her Teaching Certifications with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.).
A former competitive dancer, Lindsay has competed internationally for many years. Throughout her 22 years of teaching, she has choreographed and instructed students in various dance styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Highland, and Modern. Lindsay has also played a pivotal role in assisting students to achieve dance scholarships in Modern and Jazz.
In addition to her dance career, Lindsay is an honours graduate of the Police Foundation Program at Algonquin College. Lindsay served as the Children's Outreach Coordinator for many years at Lanark County Interval House, where she supported children and families in need. Lindsay is now the Women's Program Coordinator/Team Lead at the Lanark County Interval House.
Outside of her professional achievements, Lindsay is a proud mother. She remains passionate about both her family and dance, always striving to inspire her students to approach dance with confidence, grace, and a positive mindset. Lindsay encourages her students to “Keep Calm & Sparkle.”

Julia Nadeau
Teacher
Julia has been dancing with the Rosemary Breman School of Dance since the age of 5, training in a variety of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Tap, Hip Hop, Theatre, and Acro. Over the past 20 years, Julia has quickly risen to become one of the studio's standout performers, affectionately earning the nickname "Queen of Jumps" for her impressive technique and powerful leaps.
Julia has successfully completed all of her examinations with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.), demonstrating her commitment to excellence. She has been selected for numerous B.A.T.D. Dance Scholarships in Ballet, Modern/Jazz, and Tap, a reflection of her versatility and dedication to her craft.
Known for her passion and magnetic stage presence, Julia is truly a performer who captures attention wherever she goes. Her performance experience includes traveling to Orlando, Florida to perform in Dance the World Disney and to New York City to perform in Dance the World New York, further solidifying her love for dance and performing.
Outside of the dance studio, Julia is an avid animal lover to her cat Cooper. She also works as a Fitness Instructor at Anytime Fitness, where she shares her energy and enthusiasm for fitness with others.

Megan Cray
Teacher
Megan Cray has been a valued member of the Rosemary Breman School of Dance family since the age of nine. Over the past 11 years her dance skills have developed rapidly as she successfully progressed through all her examinations with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.). Affectionately nicknamed “Long Legs” at the studio, Megan is renowned for her exceptional kicks and graceful technique.
Megan has earned dance scholarships in Modern/Jazz, a testament to her dedication and talent. Her passion for dance and performing has taken her to exciting stages, including Dance the World Disney in Florida and Dance the World New York, where she had the opportunity to showcase her artistry on an international level.
Outside of dance, Megan enjoys traveling and exploring new places, bringing the same enthusiasm to her adventures as she does to the studio.
